If Only Chuck Woolery Drove My Bus

I snapped that photo when I was on the tour bus with the great David Usher & crew. What could be better than traveling down a scenic Canadian hwy while intermittently watching a rerun of The Love Connection? Well maybe if Chuck Woolery drove our bus and set us up on dates city by city ... now that might have been a bit more interesting ...

This sudden pang of nostalgia was triggered Saturday night when I was loading into my gig at The Rivoli for sound check and I saw two majestic prevosts park behind the Horseshoe Tavern two doors down. Gulp. They are beautiful! And turns out it got even better. These beauties were carting around Dead Weather.

This band is made up of Jack White, Alison Mosshart, Dean Fertita & Jack Lawrence. STFU!!!!

Well, if anything it made my blood rush and put a major smile on my face. It's these unexpected moments that make you remember where you came from, where you've been and where you hope to go. And if you are really fucking lucky, you will travel by Prevost!
