Bitch Be Breaking Bad In 2010!

A few days ago I found myself in the Mojave Desert ...

I clicked my heels three times and poof I was there ... and what I found out was there is no place like wide open spaces ... and I am not talking about you Dixie Chicks ...

Wandering in vastness that is the desert, with a chill in the air, the sun on my face, red clay dust on my boots, dirt in my hair, and smile on my face ... I was standing at the edge of life ... No boundaries but the blue skies above ... I wanted to reach out and touch the past, reach out and make sense of life, reach out and enjoy the moment ... and in those brief few hours I reached them all.

The things I found in the desert, aside from a piece of peace, were outstanding! I happened upon a rusted out and abandoned car, spent casings of a shotgun that were strewn along the ground mathematically like bread crumbs, and life ... amidst the most barren of conditions, plants found reason to grow. Take that chicken soup for the soul ... I learned all I needed to learn without a Kindle.

The only thing that could've made the day more perfect was if Ben Harper came out from behind a rock w/ a guitar and a bottle of tequila ...

As for my resolutions, I have only a few ...

To take up smoking and eat more cheese ... and, God willing, wear more McQueen, see the ocean, catch a few movies at the Moma and write, write, write!!!

And for all you who are beginning to NL'X-Train'... pace yourself. I am giving you the first week off so you can adjust to the year ahead, but next week I expect to see you sweat it out with solid BITCH GET FIT workout next week.
